Deb did an amazing job helping my spouse and I with our land purchase. She initially worked with us to tour multiple properties that didn't quite match our criteria. She carefully listened to our criteria and how each one didn't match our unique needs (e.g. well drained soil, high solar potential, minimal exposure to pesticides and mining, etc). After which she was quite capable of vetting properties for us remotely and providing clear information on these metrics to help us make such an informed decision we felt safe to purchase sight unseen. Deb was our real estate agent in 2018 and helped us to find and purchase our property on Orcas Island. I absolutely recommend her services whether selling or buying a property. We were both somewhat nervous about purchasing raw land, as the flow of that is unlike buying a traditional home. Land may be on the market a bit longer. Also there are contingencies that must be cleared. Deb guided us through the entire thing from visiting multiple properties, to really narrowing our search to the ones that matched our goals. Deb herself has purchased land and built a home on the Island so she understands the many steps of the process. I did my first ever real estate transaction with Deb and she was so kind, patient and knowledgeable throughout the whole process.
